This full-time salary is calculated at $20/hour, 40 hours/week minus housing costs if applicable.
- Year 1: $38,400 grant
- Year 2: $25,600 grant
- Year 3: $12,800 grant
If your organization receives the scaling grant, the next year they will receive the grant funding for $25,600 and then $12,800 the following year. This grant is intended to help organizations build capacity for the fellowship over time.
